'What an amazing place Mahorall Farm... We had a lovely weekend here camping and a party in the barn'
A day exactly as we dreamed and loved every minute
The clue is in the name... you are coming to a party in a barn and the barn is on a real farm. Not everybody has been on a farm and this is a real working farm. So if you have been lucky enough to be invited to one of the events we are hosting then please read the important information below.
Preparing for the event - Please bring appropriate clothing particularly footwear for the ladies! Check weather forecasts and remember it can get cold during the night. The site around the barn is mainly hard standing/concrete but there are grassed areas too which can get muddy.
Getting to the event - Please check on where we are located and please do not rely on sat navs. Allow enough time to arrive safely. We recommend coming from the direction of Tenbury Wells. This is due to an awkward/ blind junction close to the farm.
Arriving - The farm is down a private single track lane. It is a hard surface however it is uneven so please take care.It is very important that you drive slowly as we have animals on the farm.
On Arrival - Parking is on a field next to the campsite - there will be signs to indicate where to park. If you are camping you can park next to your tent but please take care when driving on the campsite. No driving around the campsite at night.
Forgotten Something?- Depends on what you have forgotten...! The nearest convenience store is at Clee Hill village which is 1.5 miles away. Open from 7 - 8pm. Tenbury Wells is a small town which has several supermarkets and is 3 miles away. Ludlow is a larger town and is 7 miles away.
Be safe and Courteous - Do not go in any prohibited areas or leave litter. Please do not spoil the party - you are responsible for your behaviour. Please be aware that noise can travel a long distance in the countryside if you are outside.
Children - You are responsible for your children at all times and do not allow them to go in any restricted areas. Farms can be dangerous places.
What is not tolerated - Controlled substances, consumption of alcohol under 18, purchasing of alcohol for a minor, fireworks of any description including sparklers and sky lanterns, smoking in any building.
Rubbish - Please do not leave rubbish and use the recycling containers on site for your waste. There are containers for glass, food waste, paper, metal and rubbish. Please do not drop litter on the campsite!
Dogs - We do not encourage dogs however we realise that sometimes it is a necessity. Dogs must be on a lead at all times as we have animals on the farm close to the campsite.
The aftermath. The site has to be left in a clean condition and everyone helping to tidy up really helps at the end.
We look forward to meeting you!
